Hesham Abdeen

Head of Accreditation and Evaluations

Hesham Abdeen is an experienced educator specializing in American and British education. He excels in leading school improvements in primary and secondary schools in the UAE. With a background in teaching and curriculum development, Hesham has a proven track record in educational institutions in the US and UAE. Currently serving as the Head of Accreditation and Evaluations at BEAM Creative Science Schools in Dubai and Sharjah since 2017, he meticulously inspects schools, focusing on curriculum, teaching methods, assessment, inclusion, and student well-being. Hesham maintains strong connections with NEASC CIE Accreditation and serves as a Consultant BSO Inspector with EDT since 2023.

Sara Kimberly Hollis

Principal, American School of Creative Science, Dubai

Sara Kimberly Hollis, the principal of The American School of Creative Science - Dubai, brings over 11 years of experience in educational leadership. She has been an integral part of the BEAM Group, working closely with students as a teacher, Head of English, and Sixth Form Leader. As the Vice Principal of the ISCS Sharjah campus since 2017, she successfully spearheaded institutional transformation and growth. Sara's educational background includes an Advanced Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Learning and Child Development from Dalhousie University, Canada, along with a PGCEi and Master's in Education from the University of Nottingham. Passionate about education, she believes educators have the power to shape the future and contribute to academic research. Sara emphasizes the development of well-rounded students who embody values like kindness, respect, and integrity, while ensuring each child's progress and contribution to society.

Ataullah Parkar

Principal, International School of Creative Science, Dubai

Mr. Parkar is the Principal at the International School of Creative Science in Dubai, with over a decade of experience as a Senior Leader in schools driving school improvement. He specializes in leading the Virtues program across BEAM schools and EDUCAP. He also provides training on all levels of safeguarding, school improvement and leadership development. Mr. Parkar has completed his National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership, Head Teachers and has a master’s in leadership and Management.

Farhaan Patel

Vice Principal, International School of Creative Science, Dubai

Mr. Farhaan has been working in the education sector for over two decades, having held a wide array of leadership positions within the field. As VP, he leads on teaching, learning and assessment, as well CPD. His core belief is that ‘educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.’

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with First Class Honours, a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching and a National Professional Qualification in Headship (NPQH).

Fahd Kahlaoui

Vice Principal, International School of Creative Science, Sharjah

Dr Fahd Kahlaoui is an experienced educator and senior leader with over 14 years’ experience both in the UK and UAE. Dr Fahd Kahlaoui currently holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and Business (Bsc) , a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing (Msc), a Master level PGCE in Mathematics, and a Doctorate Degree in Education.

Dr Fahd believes in the Kaizen philosophy- continuous improvement without any excuses. Kaizen is both a philosophy and a method. As a philosophy, it encourages all employees to constantly grow personally and professionally, to look for possible improvements and then to initiate positive change in an organization.

Nur Siyam

Learning and Development Manager

Dr. Nur holds a Ph.D. in computer science and a master’s in education, leadership, and management. She has over 18 years of adept experience in leadership, curriculum development, learning technologies, research, and training. Driven by a profound belief in the transformative power of continuous professional development for educators, she envisions a future where quality teaching is synonymous with ongoing growth and learning. This conviction fuels her dedication to empowering teachers and leaders to thrive in their roles, ultimately elevating the standard of education for all.
