In this course, participants will understand the expectations of them in BEAM schools from an ethos perspective and where it has it been driven from. Participants will be able to reflect and taking time out to ponder on how we embed faith and BEAM virtues in all that we do.

Participants will learn how to develop policies and practices that support equality and diversity, how to engage with families and the wider community, and how to promote positive relationships and respect for all.
