The BEAM Unified Ethos Framework course equips all Creative Science Schools staff with a shared understanding of how Islamic values and academic rigor integrate across school operations, classroom instruction, and administrative functions. Delivered across five core Performance Standards, the course provides practical guidance on key areas of school identity, including staff dress code and professional standards, event management, academic integration, leadership accountability, and daily community conduct.
